Refuel's Mission is to Enlighten, Empower, Equip and Encourage Youth Workers.
Our focus is to bring a sense of fellowship and eliminate the feeling of isolation for youth leaders, as well as, give them the necessary tools for effective leadership and while strengthening the spirit, mind and soul.
With an aim to bring change to our city, community and church by building effective and efficient leaders with vital ministry techniques and strategies, we seek to employ leaders to infiltrate the community and culture with cutting edge ministry tools, Collaborate with churches, schools, and more to make an impact in our communities.
From 1990 to 2010 the first 20 years of Camp Decision has seen over 20,000 pass through this week long camp.
The purpose of Camp decision is to provide and atmosphere where youth can make a decision to follow Christ

To train urban leaders with a priority in 250 of America’s at-risk zip codes by 2015.
